A new 4-story hospital located off US Hwy 290 in Austin Texas complete with operating rooms, patient recovery rooms, an ER wing on Level 1 and lab spaces for testing such as MRI, Radiology, CT & Bone density. Level 1 of the hospital is complete with a fully operational kitchen and a central utility plant located in the back of the house. Utility yard is also installed adjacent to the hospital to supply chilled water for not only the hospital but the medical office building located on the property.

5F is responsible for all above & below grade domestic plumbing, HVAC piping, HVAC Sheetmetal, Medical Gas piping, and Compressed Air piping. All HVAC equipment for the hospital is installed by 5F which in includes chillers, medical air & vacuum pumps, water heaters, boilers, AHUs, centrifugal hot water, and chilled water pumps, grease & decontamination tanks,  fan coil units, and air handlers. 5F is also responsible for the installation of the owner supplied MRI Chiller that is set on the roof.
