A complete Mechanical and Plumbing renovation on an existing dorm building located on Texas State Campus. This 5 story dorm room consists of 299 rooms, 2 common areas and 3 lower level mechanical/plumbing crawl spaces. This project was broken out into 3 phases so that students could occupy 2 areas while renovations occurred.
